1. After shopping at MiDes store/online store, if the customer needs to replace the product, he/she must replace it with the receipt at MiDes store within 14 days after purchase (calculated from the date of receipt in the form of an invoice).Customers can also email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please provide the order number and reason for replacement in the email.We will follow up as soon as we receive the email.
2. If the goods need to be exchanged because the goods are not sent incorrectly or damaged, the customer will be responsible for the replacement freight.
3. After the colleague confirms the processing, please send the goods back to the following address or the designated store after negotiation, and return the goods to be replaced.
