1. Customers who wish to exchange goods after shopping in the MIDES Online Store must replace the goods at MIDES Boutique within 14 days of purchase (starting from the date of receipt of the goods), together with the receipt sent with the goods. Customers can also email to email@example.com, please provide the order number and reason for replacement in the email. We will follow up as soon as we receive the email.
2. If a replacement is required if the goods are not sent incorrectly or damaged, the customer will bear the replacement fee.
3. After confirmation by a colleague, please return the goods to the MIDES office or the designated store after discussion to return the goods to be exchanged. 4. Exchanged items, including on-go items such as strollers or baby carriers, must be packaged intact and the original label retained. Once the product has been used, modified or washed, it will not be returned or exchanged if it is damaged due to improper use.
5. Each order can only be replaced once, and only items of the same or higher value than the original value can be exchanged.
6. If the same goods cannot be exchanged due to supply problems, customers may be arranged to replace the goods of the same value, or to exchange additional subsidies for goods not less than the value of the original goods.
7. All items sold are non-refundable.
8. The company reserves the right to make a final decision on returns and exchanges.
We will not accept exchanges in the following cases:
• Intimate clothing (underwear/pants, socks) • Freebies, trial packs • 30% off or less • open stock/defective at discount • exchange request made more than 14 days after receipt • goods stained or damaged • the item was washed • the item label was removed
Returns due to the following reasons cannot be handled for customers based on quality problems, please understand:
• The color of the product is for reference only; there may be some color difference between the photo and the real object due to the color difference of lighting, computer monitor, or personal understanding of color.
• Some products may fade or deform slightly after washing due to production process or fabric treatment. It is a normal situation within the scope of quality inspection standards, and cannot be handled as quality problems; other detergents or improper washing methods can also cause such situations, please wash according to the instructions.
